ARIES   Mar 21 - Apr 20

Be as conscientious as you like but don’t give colleagues or associates the impression that you’ve lost your sense of fun.  You have a way of injecting even the most sober situations with energy and amusement when you’re in the right mood.  Not only is this entertaining but it can also provide the creative spark so often missing from ordinary, everyday responsibilities.   Be glad that Pluto’s alliance with Venus is likely to encourage you to re-evaluate all that you do and admit that it has far greater worth than you sometimes like to pretend.  Nobody else has any doubts about how valuable your presence can be within certain areas.  So why should you?  You may even initiate the re-design of a structure which is functional but lacks imagination and inspiration.  You have plenty of both.  

 

TAURUS  Apr 21 - May 21

Other people will be unsure as to how a career or money-related situation will be best handled.   If you wait until the end of the week when the Moon starts making its way through Libra you will find that you instinctively know which is the most profitable and efficient strategy to adopt.   There’s a chance of course that some people will want to see proof of what you think the outcomes will be.  And if, as is likely, you’re relying on your sixth sense rather than concrete evidence then you’ll have to tell them as much.   True, they may want to take another option - and it is of course their right to do so.  If that happens you mustn’t take it personally.  Just don’t gloat too much if and when your intuition proves you right.

 

GEMINI  May 22 - Jun 21

Indecisiveness among colleagues or companions will prove irritating.  But you must resist the temptation to become so directive that you end up making everybody’s choices for them.   You’re still feeling the after-effects of the recent  Solar Eclipse.  This is why you’ll have insights into some financial or professional areas that no-one else can access.  You’ll gain nothing whatsoever if you become so impatient with those who seem to be sitting on the fence that your resentment begins to show.   Not everyone is ready to act with conviction and without even considering the possibility that mistakes might be made.   Being headstrong could well be your undoing over the next few days.  This is why you must temper your enthusiasm and energy with logic and respect for those around you who pace themselves with great precision.



CANCER   Jun 22 - Jul 23

Quite unfairly you might be made to feel your contribution to an important area hasn't been sufficient to keep colleagues or employers happy.  You’ve almost certainly worked as hard as anybody else and you've been dedicated and loyal - even though at times you might have taken things a little too light-heartedly.  But is that a crime? No.  As Mercury confronts Saturn be careful not to allow yourself to be shut down by those who want to voice their opinions but not listen to yours.  It's crucial that you break free of rules imposed by certain individuals who think they’re the only ones who should be allowed to pass any judgment or offer their views.   Assert yourself and say you've done your best and you refuse to be undermined by people playing petty-politics.

 

LEO   Jul 24 - Aug 23  

People might find a certain work situation unappealing.   Pluto’s tie-up with Venus mustn’t persuade you that it’s your job to bully them into submission so that they get on with the job.   Far better to teach them some of what you know and remind them of all the benefits likely for everybody involved if the outcomes are favourable.  Sometimes we have to get engaged in situations which on the surface appear uninviting.   But  not for ever.  By showing that you’re not too proud to take on responsibilities with very little kudos attached to them, you are going to win new fans.  Let them see you rolling up your sleeves and doing what needs to be done rather than standing around wondering who is and isn’t responsible for it.   Enjoy being the pro-active one.

 

VIRGO  Aug 24 - Sep 23

Later this week the Moon starts making its way through Libra which means it’s livening things up in the section of your chart that is about your skills  - and how you are paid for the contribution you make.  You’ve been trying not to make a fuss about having been short-changed on some occasions.  But over the next few days you’re going to ask yourself whether it’s quite damaging for your image and your self-esteem to be taken for a mug.   If there’s a slight possibility that someone is manipulating a situation so that you are paid less than you actually deserve, you do have to broach the subject.   Just make sure that under the influence of the Moon you’re not in danger of crying or losing your temper.  That would do far more harm than good.



LIBRA  Sep 24 - Oct 23

In terms of your work or profession you may have suffered a slight set-back because things have transpired in an unexpected way.  You’re still feeling the after-effects of the Solar Eclipse that occurred recently and which has left you wondering whether others have been watching to see how you have reacted to whatever has taken place.  Don’t worry about your image and reputation.  Rest assured that people are on your side.  And if you have appeared to have been somewhat thrown by news or unexpected behaviour on the part of certain individuals, reassure yourself that everyone who knows you well is willing to give you whatever support you need.  They’re certainly not going to gossip about you just because you’ve been caught off-guard.  And with their back-up you’ll very quickly be back on track again.

 

SCORPIO  Oct 24 - Nov 22

You need to talk quite seriously about some aspect of your profession or reputation which might well have you wondering whether or not you can get what you want out of a particular situation.  With Mercury hovering over a powerful point in your chart as it is at odds with Saturn, it might well occur to you that other people are calling all the shots and re-writing rules and regulations to suit themselves.   What they come up with could mean that your own status or contribution is devalued in the eyes of those watching from the sidelines.   Be quick to say, clearly but politely, that you insist on things being done in the way that was originally agreed upon.  Nobody has the right to make unscheduled changes.

 

SAGITTARIUS  Nov 23 - Dec 21

When it comes to a business, financial or work-related arrangement you have to know that it’s based on the mutual trust and respect that exists between yourself and whoever else is involved.  You’re feeling the after-effects of a Solar Eclipse that has amplified the necessity for you to know for sure that you’re in cahoots with the right person.   If you’re not certain that this is the case, you need to think about it carefully before you make a major commitment of the kind that involves money or contracts.   This is certainly not a time to do things in a casual way.   Nor, on the other hand, is there any need to become near-paranoid about making an important move which does seem to fit the bill perfectly.    Check the facts, then take action.



CAPRICORN  Dec 22 - Jan 20

Mercury’s tussle with Saturn this week suggests that you and a colleague, associate or employer will have vastly different views as to the way in which a particular work or money matter should be handled.   And it will fall to you to persuade the other person involved that these things have to be negotiated and differences of opinion have to be thrashed out.  It’s certainly needn’t cause a rupture or splitting within the relationship.  It might even serve as a positive factor that could rid you and the other person involved of any laziness or ambivalence surrounding the link between the two of you.   Do some soul searching and decide how you can get more out of an arrangement which might be okay but which certainly isn’t operating at full strength.  Realise its full potential.

 

AQUARIUS  Jan 21 - Feb 19

As Venus is allied to Pluto you probably need to listen carefully to what an inner voice is trying to tell you about some kind of shared endeavour.    It’s absolutely vital that you can get the reassurance you need to enable you to stop worrying that you might be doing all the donkey work while the other person does very little.   Venus will of course help you raise any awkward questions in a way that sounds polite and respectful.   Just don’t let Pluto encourage you to come across as too heavy-handed.   You can achieve far more with intelligent conversation and meaningful discussions than you can with a lot of table thumping or door slamming.  You’ll also find that a peaceful approach leaves you with a lot more energy to do some really good work.

 

PISCES  Feb 20 - Mar 20

There will be difficult choices to make, largely because your loyalties will be divided between work commitments and the opportunity to have some great times elsewhere.  You won’t like the fact that someone adopts an authoritative air and makes you feel guilty for even thinking about abrogating your responsibilities, albeit temporarily.  But as Mercury gets into a tussle with the strict and structured planet Saturn this week it should occur to you that there’s a danger you could be seen as somewhat unprofessional by those who expect you to remain on duty, at least until one heavy-duty or complex project is finalised.  At times like this you do have to think of your reputation and how much you might be throwing away on a mere whim.
