ARIES   Mar 21 - Apr 20
Having spent quite a while wondering whether you should try to break into a new and different arena, you’re reaching a point where you’ll have access to some important contacts.  And you must use Mercury’s move into Capricorn to your advantage and make sure that one particularly influential person has chapter and verse on you and whatever it is you do best.    At first you might feel slightly embarrassed or bashful at the thought of making a public display of your skills and talents.  But that’s what you’re going to have to do if you’re to make it in a world that contains fierce competition.   And you’re not to feel intimidated by the most confident colleagues or rivals who may know the ropes better than you.   Remember you have strengths no-one else can boast.

TAURUS  Apr 21 - May 21
You may have been wondering how much detail you should offer employers, colleagues or associates with regard to projects with which you’re all closely involved.  You seem to be discovering facts and figures that are exclusive to you and which may or may not affect the judgment of the other people with whom you are connected.   The fact that there’s a Full Moon in one of the communications sections of your chart over the next few days does suggest that transparency is absolutely essential.  And you should seek closure of a situation which does need to be shared with everybody else who’s involved before you can bring an end to it and then move on.  Once again you seem to be taking responsibility for something which can best be dealt with as a joint concern.

GEMINI  May 22 - Jun 21
Rather than let colleagues or friends drift away from the chance to do some good work with you, it’s important to pin them down.  With Mercury changing signs and accentuating the section of your chart that governs shared endeavours, you can show how passionate you feel about ideas which in your opinions have great potential.   It’s just a pity that in the past you’ve probably been given reassurance that certain individuals would join forces with you only to find that they abandon you, often at the last minute.  First you must make sure that you are dealing with like-minded people who will remain as determined as you are to achieve a great deal.   Second, you have to speak from the heart and show how short-sighted they would be not to pool their resources with yours. 

CANCER   Jun 22 - Jul 23
People may be wondering why they’re caught up in a system that requires them to be diligent and productive at a point at which they’d prefer to take it easy.  And for the next week or so while Mercury is still making its way through the most conscientious section of your chart you should be able to make a very good job of proving that the right kind of hard work is likely to bring pleasing and profitable results.   However you must promise yourself that if one or two of those involved are still not keen to get stuck into some hard graft, you’ll let them walk away.    There comes a point where you have to leave people to do what they think best, even though you know for certain that they’re making a mistake. 

LEO   Jul 24 - Aug 23 
It may be suggested over the next few days that you’ve been less productive than is actually the case.  This is because the people involved are not sufficiently well-informed to know what they’re talking about.   And over the next few days as Mercury makes its way towards a very industrious section of your chart you’ll feel pleased and proud of your achievements.   This means that you certainly won’t want it to be suggested that you’ve been taking a back seat.   Choose your moment carefully and make it clear to everyone around you that you’re responsible for a number of areas in which the outcomes have been even better than usual.   True, one or two people might think you’re showing off.  But so what? Perhaps you’ve been hiding your light under a bushel for too long.

VIRGO  Aug 24 - Sep 23
If, as is likely, you find yourself caught between two different camps it could become awkward and embarrassing.   Although you won’t want to take sides you will feel yourself veering towards a group of colleagues or friends who would prefer to take a colourful and creative approach to a project which another set of people want to handle in a very straightforward and pragmatic way.   Remember that your ruler Mercury is changing signs and as it does so it will encourage you to speak in a clear but creative and articulate way about a need for certain risks to be taken and for everybody’s thinking to be free of some age-old restrictions and limitations.   If there’s a way to unite even the most intransigent people with one another you’re going to find it, aren’t you?
LIBRA  Sep 24 - Oct 23

There’s little doubt that a clever idea is slowly coming to fruition.  But you may have to pacify a workmate, employer or associate who wants it all over and done with.  And we’re talking here about somebody who could jeopardise the final stages of a plan which must not be dealt with in a hurry.  Keep reminding yourself that the Full Moon at the highest point of your chart may be an indicator of tears and upset as well as representing the end of one cycle and the beginning of another.    The more you can do to keep people feeling calm, patient and non-confrontational the better.  You should be seeking outcomes that promise long-term advantages which means that any short-term procedures are inappropriate.  The example you set could have enormous effect on what happens next.

SCORPIO  Oct 24 - Nov 22
Hold on to your nerve as it’s suggested that you take control of a piece of business or a project over which you might have doubted your competency.    You seem a little afraid to try your hand at managing such areas.  But it’s time for you to trust the opinions of those who are adamant that you’re perfectly well-equipped to branch out in this way.   The fact that Uranus is squaring up to Mercury does imply that you might soon be shocked by just how much new responsibility you have placed on your shoulders.   But if the people involved are quite sure that you’re the right person for the job then wouldn’t it be best to go along with what they say?  You’ll transform yourself from novice to old-hand within months if not weeks.

SAGITTARIUS  Nov 23 - Dec 21
While you’ll feel happy to talk about money you might find that some of your workmates or friends prefer to shy away from the subject.  This is why Mercury’s change of signs could be so helpful to you in that it will sharpen up your skills of communication so that you can initiate discussions in a way that is non-threatening to everyone else involved.   And this week you’ll also be feeling the build-up to the Full Moon which signifies the final stages of a joint work-related or business arrangement which could and should prove beneficial for all.   Just make sure that you’re not left to do all the work or manage the administrative side of things.   People mustn’t be allowed to get out of doing their share simply by pleading ignorance or lack of experience.

CAPRICORN  Dec 22 - Jan 20
Try to focus quite hard on areas of work or commitments that you’ve put out of your mind for a while.   Rather than settle for a slow, steady start it might be better to get to grips with things straight away so that you achieve some fairly fast and successful results.  This is especially important at the moment because you’re feeling the build-up to the Full Moon which means that your personal life could eclipse just about everything else in a week or two’s time.   And there are certain deadlines that will have to be met.  There could also be discussions or meetings that will have an enormous impact on your long-term future.   See how much you can get done in the first half of the week rather than the second half. 

AQUARIUS  Jan 21 - Feb 19
Instead of congratulating a group of colleagues or friends on having accomplished a great deal in recent weeks, look quite carefully at what has been brought to a close.  It’s possible that corners have been cut and the standard of work isn’t as high as you like it to be.  And the Full Moon could bring out  your emotional side as you realise the implications of some disappointing results.  Yes, you may have to admit that you sometimes become a little bit obsessive about everything being spot-on.  But on this occasion you’re right to think that your reputation rests on whatever has your name on it.   Talk to whoever is involved and explain, politely but firmly, that anything that fails to meet the usual criteria must be done again.  And don’t feel bad about it.

PISCES  Feb 20 - Mar 20
You’ve been scratching your head as to how to put assets or resources to good use.   And as Uranus squares up to Mercury over the next few days you’ll be irritated that colleagues or friends are of the opinion that you’re being a little slow on the uptake.  This is likely to mean that you overreact and you very quickly go in for ideas which are a million miles away from whatever you would normally be processing.    But that’s not a problem because it means that you’ll wake everybody up to the fact that there are times when you can be extremely original, forward-thinking and unpredictable.  Just make sure that as you flex your muscles in this way you don’t push a certain rather loyal person to one side.  He or she deserves better.
