ARIES   Mar 21 - Apr 20
You seem au fait with what’s expected of you in terms of your regular duties.  The Sun allied to Mercury in a productive section of your chart is giving you a firm grasp on everything you need to do.  But Mercury is still retrograde which means you’ll be slightly nervous of talking too freely with other people about your latest plans.  You won't want them poached from you.  And you certainly won't want anybody insisting that you make adjustments.  So while you'll hate the idea of appearing secretive, you will be even less keen on saying too much.  Trust your instincts and recognise the signals that suggest you should work quietly and steadily without letting certain others invade your work-space.   If anyone can find a way to do it without causing an upset, you can.
 
TAURUS  Apr 21 – May 21
Remind colleagues, friends or associates that you are only human – as they are.  One or two of them will imagine you can provide a perfect outcome to all situations.   And very often you can.  But on this occasion you’re going to capitalise on the fact that Neptune is allied to Venus.  So you’ll need to rationalise things and become totally logical about what can be done and what can't be done.  You will also acknowledge your limitations and you will let other people know what you think is possible and what's not.   It's far better to under-promise and then appear to over-achieve than to talk as though you can give everybody just about everything they want .  You can't.  No-one can.  And it's as well to point that out right from the outset.
 
GEMINI  May 22 - Jun 21
Focus on a suggestion being made by someone you work with or you work for.   As the Sun is allied to Mercury, which is still retrograde of course, it would be easy for you to misinterpret whatever is being said.   You'll think the slightest comment about your dedication to what you're doing in the wider world is a blatant attack.  And it's not.  You mustn’t assume that people from whom you expect support are trying to pull the rug from under your feet.   One short, simple conversation should make you realise there's a lot of goodwill surrounding plans you're about to make.  The people you love aren’t against you.  You can be as pro-active as you like and pursue goals and ambitions that could make this a time in your life you'll remember for ever. 
 
CANCER   Jun 22 - Jul 23
Talk of a contract, a piece of work or a money-making scheme will appeal to you.  With Neptune forming a link with Venus you'll find you're able to concentrate mainly on the facets of this particular project or area of responsibility that appeal to your rather gentle, artistic, caring side.  And you'll find it a refreshing change to be able to turn your back on the chaos and confusion associated with other areas in which you've been working or performing some kind of function recently.  Enjoy the fact that you might well be about to contribute to something that to you feels organic and wholesome and entirely pleasant.   And see how good it feels when you have the first indications of how well you're doing. What  a wonderful boost to your confidence.
 
LEO   Jul 24 - Aug 23   Mercury, as it appears to travel backwards,  is joining forces with your ruler the Sun.    So you should be in a position to sell yourself very confidently to people who are looking for somebody like you with whom they can pursue an exciting and hopefully profitable project.    Please don't over-promise.   It's one thing to show that you're cool and confident and that you know what you're doing.  And it's quite another to virtually guarantee that you can bring about the results and the outcomes people are hoping and praying for – without necessarily knowing how to go about it.  So be quite moderate about your claims and expectations of yourself.   You probably will find you're quite comfortable with what needs doing and you will bring in what's required within the deadline and within budget. 
 
VIRGO  Aug 24 - Sep 23
Keep reminding yourself that Mars forming a sharp link to Mercury does mean that if and when  people question your motives or your way of working, you'll feel you're being attacked.   With Mercury in your sign encouraging you to speak up for yourself and Mars prompting you to be proud of all you've been doing in a particular work-related area, there's a chance that you will overstep the mark.  Please try not to.   Yes, it's irritating that some people seem to want to argue and resist whatever ideas you put up – but it's about their feelings of inadequacy.   It's certainly not because of your incompetence or lack of imagination.  So be tolerant and don't let something that could be settled with a reasonable  conversation develop into something much more damaging and disruptive.  It's not worth it.
 
LIBRA  Sep 24 - Oct 23
You’re feeling the impact of the Sun's alliance with retrograde Mercury in the most sensitive section of your chart and are likely to misinterpret some of the comments you hear or overhear.  Insist on being given facts and figures and up-to-date information and don't respond to anything which is little more than hearsay.  Certain colleagues, rivals or associates quite enjoy seeing you become a little bit rattled and riled because it gives them a chance to outshine you.   They don't mean you any harm but they do welcome the opportunity to compete with you and overtake you if possible – and the chances of that increase when you're confused and feeling your confidence begin to wane.  Don't let imaginary problems come between you and the success you deserve in an important and very special area.
 
SCORPIO  Oct 24 - Nov 22
You’ve had to give more support to colleagues and companions than usual.  And this has cost you because you haven't been able to pursue your own goals and aspirations.  Retrograde Mercury is giving out mixed messages so you might imagine that certain people are now resisting your ideas. If you assume they’re denying you the right to get on in this crazy world in which we live you’re doing them a grave injustice.  They’re not.  They’re just not sure how much they should be encouraging you because they're being confronted in an area they know little about.  Perhaps you need to educate them and tell them step-by-step what you're hoping to do.  Just don't see them as a negative influence when what they're really doing is holding back until they know more about what's what.
 
SAGITTARIUS  Nov 23 - Dec 21
The Sun at the highest point of your chart is allying itself to Mercury  so you’ll suddenly see the right way in which to tell colleagues or associates how you think things might pan out in the near future.  Just remember that Mercury is still retrograde so the response you get might not be quite what you expect.   Give people a chance to process what you're telling them and remember that one or two of them you might initially think about how whatever you do impacts them.  So be tolerant if their first thoughts are about their own well-being.  You'll soon be able to reassure them that they should be fine and then you can talk openly and honestly about what you really want to do.  And you'll feel very good as you do it.
 
CAPRICORN  Dec 22 - Jan 20
Venus at a highly visible point in your chart is allied to Neptune . So some people may assume that because you have what they need to get a particular job of work done, you'll drop everything else and do whatever they want.   And you might be sufficiently flattered to agree simply because you don't know how to refuse.  It's essential to become entirely pragmatic about what you can fit in to your already busy schedule.  You might think you're letting these people down by saying you accommodate them – but you'll be letting them and yourself down far more if you agree to something in the certain knowledge that you won't be able to meet the deadline.  Be frank at this point and it will save you a lot of trouble later on.
 
AQUARIUS  Jan 21 - Feb 19
Be more assertive than usual because Mercury’s  sharp link to Mars means that a deal is in need of the kind of treatment you can give it very expertly.   But because Mercury is still appearing to travel backwards, you might not at first make it clear that you feel so strongly about the handling of this matter.   Let Mars give you the power to show that you intend  to stick to your guns because you’re convinced that your way of thinking and working is right.   This needn’t cause a rift or separation – in fact it's more likely to strengthen the bond between the two of you because, by acknowledging the tension between you and talking it through, you’ll  develop more respect for one another.  But it will take skilful negotiating, time and patience.
 
PISCES  Feb 20 - Mar 20
As you feel the impact of Mars at odds with Mercury you'll wonder whether a business, financial or professional matter is going to impinge on something fairly important happening in terms of your intensely private life.   You’ll know in your heart that you want to be on hand for any important developments taking place – but this might mean disappointing the person closest to you.  Remember, you can sometimes be a little too concerned about other people's feelings and you mustn't let guilt or the fear of letting somebody down spoil what promises to be an eventful week.  Why not make it clear from the outset that you will have to give time and attention to financial or professional developments?  And negotiate a way in which you can compensate this person at a later date.
