ARIES   Mar 21 - Apr 20
While a number of people appear quite philosophical about having to repeat work that’s already been done or cut budgets severely, you’ll be in the mood to tell those responsible that they’re getting it wrong.   Have your say by all means but try not to make such a nuisance of yourself that your presence and your contribution are no longer valued.  You are feeling the impact of Jupiter’s alliance with the Moon which is inevitably raising your emotions to fever-pitch and convincing you that the only way to get results is to lash out quite vehemently.   Think about it for just a short while and you’ll have to admit that you usually bring about the outcomes you want by speaking intelligently and politely but, when necessary, fairly critically. That should be your aim this week. 

TAURUS  Apr 21 - May 21
Although you’ll be tempted to push yourself forwards within a competitive area you’ll also be aware that workmates, friends or associates value your support.   So don’t let Mercury’s sharp link to Venus convince you that you’ve a right to pursue your own aims and not worry about anybody else.  That’s not going to leave you feeling very good about yourself because you do have a charitable streak and you know what it feels like to need guidance and a sense of collaboration.   Surely you’re clever enough to work towards fulfilling your own ambitions while also being of some use to others.  You might find, too, that it’s not long before you, yourself, are hoping that someone else will provide some back-up.   Don’t isolate yourself, even if it’s as a means of getting to the top.

GEMINI  May 22 - Jun 21
Your time has arrived and you can now make your mark in a particular area.  But avoid becoming a victim of fantasy.   You’re feeling the earliest effects of Neptune’s move to the highest point of your chart so little by little you’ll come up with schemes and dreams which sound appealing but which are likely to be difficult to get up and running.   Remind yourself that not very far away there’s an ally or friend who’s very good at telling you when you’re going too far.   This certainly isn’t the point at which you should risk doing anything singlehandedly and throwing the rule book out the window.   If you find one particular idea irresistible,  you should thrash out every little detail with this well-informed individual who has your best interests at heart.

CANCER   Jun 22 - Jul 23
There’s no need to be forceful as you try to persuade a colleague or associate that the two of you should be producing or creating something in a particular way.  Mercury connected to Pluto suggests you’ll misinterpret a situation and feel the pressure’s on you to bring about a deal or an agreement almost instantly.    But that’s not the way that this sort of thing works best.  So rather than come across as heavy-handed, make it obvious that you’re open to negotiations and you are more than happy to take on board all kinds of suggestions and consider all options.   The most important thing about this set-up is that you value the relationship that exists between the two of you.  In fact, there may be more to it than you realise at the moment.

LEO   Jul 24 - Aug 23 
Isn’t there a part of you that feels it’s your duty to come across as fairly solid and sensible even at those points at which you’d secretly enjoy taking a calculated risk?   Don’t be surprised if over the next few days you become quite self-critical about the way in which you’ve handled one particular area of work or responsibility.  As you reflect on what you’ve been doing you’ll realise you could have used a great deal more creativity and originality to bring about the right result.   This is linked to the fact that Neptune’s making its way into a section of your chart that encourages you to work hand-in-hand with other people.  And it’s likely that there’s one particular individual who reminds you how good it feels to do things differently.  Don’t hold yourself back.

VIRGO  Aug 24 - Sep 23
Stay cool as a number of people surprise you with their unusual take on a situation that you’ve intended to handle in a conventional way.   Don’t underestimate the influence of Mercury’s connection to Uranus which occurs over the next few days.  It means that at the most unlikely times you’ll find that you’re taken aback by the words or actions of those you’ve always considered to be fairly predictable.   What you mustn’t do is put up a resistance to suggestions which might at first sound odd or eccentric.  When you look closely at the details and you open your mind to what’s being proposed, it shouldn’t take you long to realise that you’re being presented with something intriguing and in some ways quite valuable.   Keep listening.  There are plenty of good things to come.

LIBRA  Sep 24 - Oct 23
You’re likely to feel exasperated by the way in which some of your colleagues, employers or friends are dragging their heels at a time when you’d like to see some results.   What you mustn’t do is have in mind some goals that would be impossible to reach.  Yes, by all means encourage those around you to produce or complete whatever is being asked of them.  But avoid letting Neptune’s change of signs mean that you get it into your head that you’re dealing with people who should be able to perform miracles.  And certainly don’t come across as short-tempered and impatient simply because you have to watch things being done at an ordinary - and to your mind pitiful - pace.  Far better to use carrot instead of stick if you’re to achieve the outcomes you want. 

SCORPIO  Oct 24 - Nov 22
Refuse to panic as you realise you’re being set some tough tasks.  You sometimes underestimate your powers of performance.   And at the moment you’ve a tendency to think that people close by are better-equipped than you are to take on a particular challenge.    This is partly because you’re feeling the build-up to the Sun’s sharp link to Uranus which is making you a little bit afraid to confront anything out of the ordinary.    But actually you’d do really well to enter into unfamiliar territory instead of hovering in your comfort zone.   You might be surprised at how much you’re able to create at the point at which some very demanding individuals are beginning to think that there’s nobody who can provide them with what they want.  Show how wrong they can be.   

SAGITTARIUS  Nov 23 - Dec 21
VIPs are going to set you challenges.  And you mustn’t consider yourself ill-equipped to come up with the goods. Also, refuse to listen to people who care for you when they start to suggest that you’re being pushed too hard.   You’re feeling the impact of a run-in between Venus and Mars.  So even though you’ll realise that these individuals have your best interests at heart you’ll still feel irritated that they insist on interfering and trying to make decisions on your behalf.  Find a way to make it crystal clear that you, and only you, must be the one to decide how much you want to take on and what you expect in return.   You’re actually in a position to do extremely well for yourself if you go with your sixth sense.  

CAPRICORN  Dec 22 - Jan 20
Although it should be fairly obvious to certain individuals that with the right assets and resources a particular project could flourish, you may have to spell it out.  You’ll be better-informed than most of those people involved because you’ll have a sharp instinct for what does and doesn’t work in this situation.   You’ll have to be a little bit careful however because you’re under the influence of a tie-up between Pluto and Mercury which could mean that you become far too directive, authoritative and perhaps even a little bit grand.   And that’s not going to do you or anybody else any good whatsoever.  So approach this challenging but potentially rewarding set-up with the attitude of someone who simply knows what needs to be done and is willing to help others achieve the right results. 

AQUARIUS  Jan 21 - Feb 19
Not everyone will realise exactly what’s on offer when a new plan is proposed.  But your instincts will be strong.  And you’ll be the first to see that it would be foolish to let something as valuable as this slip through your fingers.   You do have the advantage that as Neptune leaves your sign to enter a practical and materialistic section of your chart, you’ll be able to achieve the right mix of ingenuity and pragmatism.  But don’t get caught up in a lot of self-congratulatory talk and explanations of how willing you are to strive hard to come up with the absolute best.   Yes, you may feel inspired and creative right now.  But it’s not talking about the job that will get it done, it’s rolling up your sleeves and getting on with it. 

PISCES  Feb 20 - Mar 20
You have skills or resources that others would pay good money for.   And although there’s nothing wrong with striking a deal you won’t want to be manipulated into handing over much more than you should, at a price that’s far too low.    A sharp link between Uranus and the Sun occurs in the next few days, suggesting  you would be wise to acknowledge your sixth sense warning you that it would be all too easy to be taken for granted.   Make sure that you enter negotiations with all relevant information at your disposal.  Also make sure that any complex transactions are witnessed by somebody you trust and that you’re not left in a situation where you have to rely purely on your memory and your interpretation of the facts.   Sometimes a formal approach is essential.
