ARIES

Are you ready? Your summer begins to fizz as the cosmos shifts up a gear. And potentially this could be a truly pivotal season for you, and those around you. Firstly, after a long stay in fiery Leo your ruling planet, Mars, is on the move, entering Virgo on the 7th. During these days (June 3rd - June 8th) it’s gung-ho potency (and yours) will be boosted by a powerful star, Regulus, known as the Heart of the Lion - that name says it all really. Then Jupiter, planet of expansion, enters Aries on 6th June, joining revolutionary Uranus there for a summer visit. Yes, your plans and dreams may be blocked by others who lack your enthusiasm, but your focus and determination to succeed are awesome. Show the world just how amazing you are this month Aries, and keep your eye on the target.

TAURUS

Do things feel fuzzy? Out of reach? Is it difficult to see the whole picture? Or do you feel hemmed in by things you don’t quite understand? Clarification is on the way, but you’ll need to look closely at what needs to be completed, reviewed or sorted out. Whether this means your life direction or your home life look out for interesting insights linked with the past around the 11th, and some positive encouragement around the 15th. June’s lunar eclipse highlights your desire to seize life with both hands and expand your knowledge, skills, and true potential. You may have some uncomfortable or scary decisions to make, but avoiding them leads to short-lived comfort and, ultimately, stagnation. Talk to someone wise and enjoy exploring your options.

GEMINI

You’re a brilliant communicator. And this is lucky, because in the first two weeks of June you’re surrounded by people with very different points of view. They all want to be heard. You can clamp your hands firmly over your ears, or you can help them find a way to work things out together. Phew. Others’ warmth and generosity of spirit hugs you close mid-month, and around the summer solstice on the 21st you experience a rare, beautiful moment of romantic, spiritual or creative inspiration. Your creative and emotional world is poised to become more important than ever in July and August when both responsible Saturn and feisty Mars enter your solar house of love, creativity, children and projects. June’s thoughts and events pave the way.

CANCER

Your guiding light is the ever-changing Moon. On 26th June there’s a partial lunar eclipse in Capricorn, that - along with its solar eclipse partner in July - is already placing intense focus on your relationships, professional links, and even enemies. Meanwhile, you’re pondering what to do next with your talents and abilities, or longing to share secret dreams with those you adore.  Use constructive vibes on the 15th to talk to someone close, and get them on your side. What happens between the 19th and the end of June may frustrate you, but is a great opportunity to see what you’ll be dealing with this summer. By accepting what you can’t change, you can direct energy towards what you can transform. And that’s more than you might imagine.

LEO

Sometimes, in early June, things aren’t what they seem. This might mean dodgy emails, odd phone calls asking you for personal details, or an evasive admirer who’s being economical with the truth. Use your intuition, tread cautiously, and you’ll see what I mean around the 7th-10th. On the 14th Venus enters Leo, glossing up your lion’s mane, and bringing back the sparkle in your eyes as she links up with lucky Jupiter and Uranus, planet of random surprises. You may feel the love, or experience one of those flashes of inspiration that lead on to much-needed changes or some wonderful journey of discovery. What drains you or drags you down is on the way out. All you need to do is keep an open mind, an open heart, and ride the rollercoaster.

VIRGO

What’s been rolling around in the back of your mind tumbles out as the cupboard doors fly open, and you finally need to understand what’s going on. You’ll want to talk through those uneasy feelings about a certain situation or relationship, and think about what to do. Mars enters Virgo on 7th June, boosting energy, and perhaps your feisty qualities too. Mercury, your guiding planet, is embroiled in a potent pattern around 8th June that could electrify love, or bring some fulfilling changes to the way you use your skills. There’ll be opposition, or fiddly fine-tuning to be done around the 24th and 25th, but the stunning lunar eclipse on the 26th reminds you that the bigger picture is what matters. You can sort out the details later on. And you will.

LIBRA

Yours is the sign of partnership.  And as summer approaches, the planets focus intensely on your friendships, romantic partners, and business connections. Between the 5th and 11th June a situation arises that means you’ll think hard about balance and harmony in your dealings with others. If something’s been hidden, it will surely emerge around this time. Meantime, Jupiter and Uranus in Aries favour lucky coincidences, or meetings that surprise you - in a good way.  Venus, your ruler, in Leo from the 14th sweetens friendship and what you share with others - making projects and shared ventures so worthwhile. Significant cosmic pressure is building up this month, and sometimes you’ll be stressed out. But creative change is also possible, and with a mix of patience and intuition you can shoot for the Moon. 

SCORPIO

It’s great to feel in control, but you’ll need some kung fu strategy in June if you want to stay centred.  In other words, roll with the punches and don’t adopt a rigid stance. If someone with more power or influence than you seems to be winning, relax. The cosmos is in a complicated mood. There may be sudden changes to routines, friendships, or even your surroundings, but these can lead on to openings and new opportunities as early as the 11th June. Loyal lovers and friends are eager to reassure you around the 15th, and while there’s a way to go and some feisty discussions to be had, your spooky powers are there to guide you through. By the time of June’s dramatic lunar eclipse on the 26th you’ll be more than ready for progress. Nurturing your spiritual, philosophical side is the way to win prizes and stay sane.

SAGITTARIUS

Your ruling planet, Jupiter, enters Aries on 6th June, bounding straight into the arms of mad Uranus two days later. This bolt of fiery energy fizzes around in your solar house of love and creativity, connecting up with Pluto and Saturn to create interesting choices or unusual ideas.  There are some fascinating people around you this month, and someone with influence or great contacts may want to be your new best friend. Keeping a meticulous eye on your budget is wise, but in other respects you’ll want to expand and experiment. Between the 8th and 12th others seem to call the shots, but by the summer solstice on the 21st you’ll realise that they’re more open to compromise or negotiation than you thought. CAPRICORN

As a cardinal sign you’re one of an important group singled out for extra cosmic attention this summer. It is impossible to ignore the approaching lunar and solar eclipses in Capricorn (June 26th) and your opposite sign, Cancer, on July 11th. Coming events cast their shadows before them, so much of June (and July and August) is about asking yourself some big questions about who you are, what you want, and where you’re heading. You’ll have to respond to situations outside your control, but remain true to yourself at the same time.
