ARIES
You prefer to be direct with others, but sometimes they misunderstand you or - horrors - even ignore you. But there’s something you really want to sort out, something that’s been on your mind for quite a while. Throughout June it becomes ever more obvious you cannot do this alone. Talking to others, persuading them, or even taking their advice crops up over and over again. Mars, your ruler, is in Taurus until the 21st, which means that team work and negotiation - while challenging - are your best option in both love and professional matters. All three upcoming eclipses highlight the people in your life - friends, family, fellow travellers and partners. Let them have their say, and you’ll be surrounded by the love and support you need to make the most of what promises to be an important summer.

TAURUS
Jupiter enters Taurus on 4th June for the first time in twelve years. You’ll enjoy its expansive influence until June 2012, just make sure that doesn’t include your waistline!  But do revel in creative, spiritual inspiration between the 4th - 9th, and again on the 18th and 25th. And you know, that can uplift your decorating ideas, love life, or appearance - it doesn’t have to be something terribly grand.  Mars is in your sign until the 21st too, encouraging you to act on your visions, and move forwards with your life. If you feel as if certain things have blocked your path or held you back, you’ll notice a shift mid-month when Saturn begins to move forwards again. An old friend or contact could offer good advice or help you with something that’s been stuck, and once your confidence begins to blossom there’ll be no stopping you.

GEMINI
You have wise and serious things to say at the beginning of June. So don’t be tempted to hurry things along by being economical with the truth, your opinions are valuable and there’s no need to massage the facts or play mind games. From the 2nd - 16th June your ruler, Mercury, travels through Gemini bringing fresh thoughts and new twists to old conundrums. The partial solar eclipse in Gemini on the 1st, plus the total lunar eclipse in Sagittarius on the 15th, highlight both your inner world and your partnerships in love and business. Some of the upcoming shifts will free you to concentrate on what matters most this summer - exploring life and love in new ways. Once Saturn moves forwards on the 13th, passion combines old and new in both art and love. And with Mars in Gemini from the 21st you can dance like nobody’s watching too.

CANCER
As a Moon-ruled Cancerian, you’re more sensitive than most to the fluctuations of the Moon. Since this is a major eclipse season (1st, 15th, and 1st July), your intuitive antennae must be telling you that everything’s changing around you and you have little control over most of that change. Daily routines alter, and your own self-image is highlighted by an eclipse in Cancer on 1st July. Much harks back to last summer’s cardinal aspects, and what was set in motion then.  So, now what? Well, Jupiter in Taurus offers you some delightful possibilities this month, and in the year ahead. Plus, you’ve been so busy forging ahead you’ve not had a chance to notice just how far you’ve come already. Indulge yourself a little between the 4th and 9th, you really do deserve it. You know what they say about all work and no play.

LEO
You’re hungry for knowledge, for adventures, and for love and friendship. Preferably, you think, an intoxicating mixture of all those ingredients. The eclipses in Gemini and Sagittarius energise you, and what you read, or hear about from friends, encourages you to think about unusual possibilities. Not everyone will support your ideas or plans, some may even feel threatened by your new-found enthusiasm and ambition. But with Jupiter coming to the zenith of your solar horoscope for the first time in twelve years, this should be the year of living creatively and pursuing your dreams - whether you’re aiming for romance, success, or finding new outlets for your talents. Once Saturn turns direct on the 13th, further blocks to progress begin to fade away. What you leave behind has served its purpose. Prepare to pounce.

VIRGO
Mercury, your swift-moving ruler, enters Gemini on the 2nd, just after the Gemini eclipse. Ideas, new workmates, neighbours and friends surround you this June, and the pace of everyday life continues to be fast and furious. Don’t let money worries interfere with your pleasure in lively company or witty visitors. Saturn in Libra turns forward on the 13th, and while your resources may seem limited, some of the circumstances that have restricted you should change for the better this summer.  Jupiter in earthy Taurus from the 4th until June 2012 suits you very well, favouring travel, study and spiritual growth. Love, too, promises passion and depth as Jupiter moves towards a link with intense Pluto this month. What leaves your life, or what you decide to finish makes space for something fresh, a new phase. Keep going.

LIBRA
It’s worth thinking about the events and plans of last summer, as June’s energies mirror the summer of 2010 and encourage you to wander about in your memory vaults. What you find there has a direct bearing on what’s going on now, and on what you need to change or develop further.  These are serious themes, but there are numerous distractions, flirtations, and short journeys to keep you amused, particularly between the 1st and the 15th. The serious partial solar eclipse in Cancer on 1st July highlights your life direction though, and is building up all month long. You’re often so busy you don’t have time to think about the bigger picture. Discussing things with others would be a great way to clear your mind, and gain both support and encouragement for the next stage of the journey.

SCORPIO
Upheavals and changes around you are likely to affect your finances this June, bringing both new opportunities and making it obvious that certain circumstances need to change. Are you making the most of your talents? Do you feel as if you’re on the right path? Have your values changed? You can’t answer these questions without some time to think, some time to relax and connect with your intuitive side. If time’s in short supply, just grab what you can and let your amazing intuition do the rest. Between the 4th and the 9th you should feel completely at home on the field of dreams. As June goes by, Jupiter in Taurus moves towards your ruler, Pluto - a potent link that favours meetings with influential people who can help you too. You’ve been working hard all spring, now’s the time to take stock and smell the roses.

SAGITTARIUS
Gemini is your opposite sign, and this month the Sun, Mercury, Venus and Mars all travel through this lively, chatty sign. This, plus eclipses in Gemini and your own sign, Sagittarius, means that your relationship with yourself and those close to you is under the cosmic spotlight. There may be times when your usual optimism seems to be in short supply, or you feel like letting others take over and make the decisions. As June begins you may be especially confused, or prone to listen to bad advice. Kick back if you possibly can, and delay those big decisions. As circumstances alter, you may find that some of them do not need to be made after all.  Jupiter, your ruler, enters Taurus on 4th June, suggesting that good fortune and hard work go hand in hand this coming year. Keep an open mind, and you’ll reap lasting rewards.

CAPRICORN
Have you ever seen the film ‘Groundhog Day’? The events of one day are replayed over and over again, with minor variations. And thanks to an approaching eclipse in Cancer on 1st July, plus ongoing activity in cardinal signs like yours (Aries, Cancer, Libra), you might think it’s the summer of 2010 all over again. Both partnerships, and your responsibilities at work are once again in the spotlight - and it’s likely that you’ll sometimes feel a bit overwhelmed. But Jupiter in Taurus from 4th June until 2012 promises more fun, romance, and creative inspiration than you enjoyed last year. Opening up to lighter moments should be easy on the 18th and 25th, even though serious thoughts about your everyday routines and wellbeing occupy your thoughts most of the time. Yes, certain things take time, but you’re more than halfway there.

AQUARIUS
Planets in and out of Gemini, plus the eclipses in Gemini (1st) and Sagittarius (15th) focus on the love and creativity you give out, and on what you receive from others. For many of you, shared projects at home or work are what make you feel good. Even when you’re head-over-heels in love you need to know shared values and aims are a strong part of your relationship. Similarly, your colleagues can inspire you, or drain your energy and enthusiasm in quite dramatic ways. Eclipses often herald changes, so you can expect some progress in these areas of your life this summer. Jupiter will be protecting you from Taurus, while Saturn supports longer term plans involving study or career development. You are shaking yourself free from a period of withdrawal or illusion, and only good things can come of this eventually. Socialise more, stress less!

PISCES
Pisces is a sign with two ruling planets, Jupiter and Neptune. So when they link up between the 4th and 9th June you can expect to feel uplifted or even enlightened. And while it seems as if you must make big decisions about your home and/or your career, you might be better off finding ways to release your creativity and imagination first. Certain changes to your life have been building up since early spring, and you rightly sense there are more to come as summer approaches. Keeping an open mind, particularly mid-month, allows you to take things one step at a time. If you pressurise yourself, you could miss out on unexpected luck or fortunate chance meetings. Love, too, is being stirred up by the approaching Solstice on the 21st, and by an eclipse on 1st July. Turbulent it may be, but when the dust settles you’ll be smiling with joy.
