ARIES
Much of February’s good news and bad news is all wrapped up in one bundle. Why? Mars will be rewinding in Virgo all month. The bad medicine is as follows: you might feel less energetic than usual, or need more sleep. Or have to pay attention to something you’ve been ignoring – that strange rattle in the car, the twinges from that old sports injury….Boring. Happily, if you do slow down and smell the roses you’ll find all kinds of unexpected joy and inspiration. Venus enters Aries on 8th February, favouring art, dancing, and beautiful sports. And although your partners in love and work may drive you mad, you can escape through exercise and creativity. Romance reaches a turning point at the full Moon on the 7th – you say goodbye, or you decide to really work on your relationship. The cosmos may be testing you now, but the rewards will come in a few months time. You’ll love them!

TAURUS
Positive vibes are flowing your way from Jupiter in Taurus, nipping along nicely in your sign throughout the spring. Capitalise on this, or at least make your plans now ready for a superb spring awakening. You have significant earthy support from Mars in Virgo, and Pluto in Capricorn on your side. But such harmonious planetary connections need sustained work and input from you. So whether you long for love, success, or knowledge it really is up to you. The cosmos is ready to support you. You need to be patient, particularly with love stuff, but don’t use this as an excuse to do nothing at all. February’s Leo full Moon on the 7th reveals what isn’t working too well at home – is it the central heating, or something more personal? Whatever it is, it is irritating you and draining your energy. You don’t need this. Step away. Step away now.

GEMINI
Home, and its domestic appliances, continue to harbour tremendous potential to annoy and distract you this month.  You’re allowed to stamp your feet, just don’t miss out on some of this month’s helpful possibilities. Venus in Aries livens up your social life, and could bring you into contact with some unusual or fascinating people. Meanwhile, Neptune enters Pisces on the 3rd, bringing both glamour and a more spiritual dimension to your life and what you want from it. It’s worth thinking about your dreams, and working out what makes you happy. Later on this year you should be able to make something good happen, but you need to have a clear vision first. Old friends and lovers get in touch, and some of them will remind you of things you said and wishes that were once dear to your heart. Think seriously – what, or who, have you overlooked or even forgotten? The answers will help you move forward.

CANCER
Much depends on others this month, both personally and professionally. You’ll need to do some talking, and it could take several conversations before you feel you’ve been understood. Like Taurus, you’re a patient sign, but tend to bottle things up and this, as you know, isn’t good for your digestion or stress levels. Long-term support is there for you over the next few months, so don’t lose sight of the bigger picture. Once Neptune enters Pisces, on the 3rd, you’ll begin to wonder about enhancing your skills or developing your creative side.  Even if it’s just for fun, you want to find new ways to express yourself. Little changes like this can unblock all sorts of things in your world – from expanding your love life, to the direction of your career. LEO
It’s time to revisit some of your projects, friendships, and contacts this month. A little research and renewal yields all sorts of rewards, and you’ll end up with a warm glow in your heart at the very least. You’ve been missed. Partners closer to home may try your patience, or struggle to understand you. But with Venus in Aries from the 8th you’re happy to turn your attention towards wider horizons and dream of travel,  study, or adventure instead. Your own Leo full Moon on the 7th is about letting go of limitations – the kind you put on yourself through fear, lack of confidence, or doubt. Sometimes it’s hard to see what holds you back, but expect revelations this month. The long journey of Neptune through your opposite sign, Aquarius, ends on 3rd February. You begin to see relationships in a new, clear, light. What will you do next? Wait and see!

VIRGO
What lies beneath rises to the surface, thanks to Mars rewinding through your sign. Energy may be erratic, but you can achieve a lot in short bursts. Plus, most importantly, things that have vexed you for some time are no longer acceptable. So you’re keen to reorganise, or talk to partners and family about new ways of doing things at home. Whatever you do, don’t allow yourself to carry on with things that aren’t working for you any more.  You will explode sooner or later. Better to speak up, and release energy for something more pleasurable. Creative and romantic vibes are all around you over the next few months – it’s a time to blossom and grow but you must clear away any blocks to progress first. LIBRA
A bubbling mix of dynamic, creative and romantic thoughts wells up from your imagination. But you have learned to be cautious, well, most of the time. That’s sensible, but do give yourself some room to play with ideas. Between now and June Saturn reverses in Libra, giving you an opportunity to revise or reconsider how you think about your goals, your relationships, and connections. Saturn always demands work of some sort, so you’ll be firming things up with some people and saying goodbye to others during the coming months. Working on your friendships and love relationships comes from within – it’s about finding out what makes you happy inside, and definitely not about control or making people do what you want. The result is Saturn’s reward – strong, lasting bonds that make you smile.

SCORPIO
Finding people who understand and inspire you is an important key to success and happiness this month. With the right individuals on your side you can gradually move towards success in shared ventures, and a more fulfilling personal life too. Mars, your traditional ruler, will be travelling backwards until April in meticulous Virgo. This means you can think again about things connected with love, creativity, and shared projects. You can also review certain situations, so don’t get frustrated if things seem slow for you – this is a wonderful time to get something just right, ready to move forward later on. SAGITTARIUS
A friendship with someone who shares your interests is about to deepen and grow. For some of you this makes your heart beat a little faster. November Sagittarians are feeling the electrifying, changeable influence of eccentric Uranus, while December birthdays are currently very focussed on career success. Now, as you probably know, this is a special year for you. But at the moment, with Mars dithering around in Virgo, it might be hard to feel optimistic. Perhaps your partner is in a negative mood?
